James Carlos nimmt Kontakt per e-mail auf und schlägt dem Verkäufer als sicheres Zahlungsmittel paypal vor.

Danach bekommt man folgende e-mail :

I want to buy this item for my wife. Please specify how you want to be paid, I prefer paypal because it is fast and safe. I live in Eernegem, Belgium. If you don't have paypal you can visit Willkommen - PayPal, read about paypal and create an account with them. It is easy and safe! I will continue to Write English because I don't understand German so much.

Bei Zustimmung geht es dann so weiter:

I already made a payment of xxx euro into your paypal account. Please acknowledge receipt as soon as you get the money.I wanted you to ship the item to me earlier but now, my wife, Dr Bola Carlos needs it very urgently to present as a gift in her School. I added extra xx euro to care for direct shipping and handling to my wife. Please ship by Deutsche Registered Post only. Paypal has just sent me a notification that an e-mail was sent to you. I specified the shipping address and method during payments. Please check inbox and junk folders for confirmation of payment from paypal.

Das Verlockende ist dass er fast 100,- mehr zur Zahlung angewiesen hat um eine schnelle Vorablieferung zu bekommen

Fast zeitgleich kam eine gefälschte paypal e-mail. Dies sieht täuschend echt aus und man wird darin aufgefordert die Ware nun auszuliefern und die Paket-Nr. dann an eine wiederum gefälschte paypal adresse zu senden, damit danach die Zahlungsfreigabe erfolgt. - In meinem eigeltichen paypal Konto ist davon aber nichts zu sehen !!!!

Ich habe die Transaktions-No seiner mail durch paypal checken lassen und es wurde mir als Betrugsversuch bestätigt.

Paypal hat mir bestätigt, dass wenn ich mich bei paypal mit meinem account anmelde und in meiner Übersicht davon nichts finde, dann gibt es diese angebliche Zahlung auch nicht.
